If equipment cannot be repaired, Tend will provide a replacement of equivalent features, functions, and specifications, up to your available contract limit. 

We do not apply age, make or model restrictions to devices. 

Our claim process is digital and gives you the ability to upload pictures and receipts. Claims are reviewed within 1-2 business days  and approved claims are paid by ACH (or check) within 3-7 business days. 

$75 fee for any repair
